Hello
Welcome to my small little presence on the web.  Here you can checkout all of the jobs that I have been working on lately. Check back frequently to see what has changed!

You will need flash to play the various audio examples.  Just click on the triangle to play the streaming mp3s.  They are all high quality 320kbs files.

Short informal bio/history:

My audio career started like most musicians, I started recording at high school.  From high school I attended the Queensland Conservatorium of Music, Griffith University in 1992 where I studied Pipe Organ (of all things).  I decided I needed more technology in my life and completed a Bachelor of Music (Sonology) in 1995.  After completing my degree, I have been a freelance engineer working with a lot of local and national music acts both in Brisbane and around Australia.  These include producing CDs for the Australian Broadcasting Corporation (ABC Classics, ABC Atmospheres, ABC Kids).  Around 1996 I started working at Mr Jones recording studio doing advertising production.  I am also the music editor for all of The Crocodile Hunter series and spinoffs including Bindi Irwin’s “Bindi the Jungle Girl” and Kidfit DVDs and CDs.

I started lecturing in Music Technology (engineering) at the Queensland Conservatorium of Music (Griffith Univeristy) in 1997 and have continued to lecture in this subject to the present day at both the Brisbane South Bank campus and the Gold Coast campus (Bachelor of Popular Music).  I also lectured at QUT (Kelvin Grove) for 4 years.

I operate my own mixing/mastering studio out of home as well as continue to freelance engineer around Brisbane.
